When I am contacted to discuss a stained glass window, I can arrange a free no-obligation visit to meet in the location or by video call.

During the visit I will discuss requirements, measure up, looking at light levels, orientation of the window, and fitting arrangements.

If a client would like to proceed, I develop a fully priced design in consultation with them. There will be a charge of £100 for design work, which is refunded on completion of the project. A contract will be drawn up to clarify the arrangement and all work will be completed to a high quality within an agreed timeframe.
